How Individual Learning Pathways are Possible for Offenders (08/2009 – 07/2011)

The overall aim of HIPPO, a project supported by partners from Belgium, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Norway and Germany, was to facilitate the reintegration of offenders into society and into the job market through the development of individual learning processes in prison education. Focusing on a variety of different aspects of prison education, the project sought to compare systems and practices in the participating partner countries.
